She is the founder of Fit and Female Fitness Program, and Creator of UNITY Performance Club, spaces that empower women to train with purpose and show up fully in their bodies and lives.
With experience spanning personal training, group fitness, coaching, and endurance events from HYROX, to marathons to ultra-distance relays like The Speed Project, Tiffany blends performance, mindset, and real-life balance into her coaching style. Her mission is simple: redefine fitness as accessible, sustainable, and powerful—at every pace and every stage of life.
