DCTV knows how to make media work for your organization. As a DCTV member, your organization will have access to a wide range of resources, services, and training that you can use to reach new audiences and educate the public on the issues, programs, and services that matter most to your organization.

Share your story and impact with people across DC and beyond.

DCTV is an experienced creative and community resource that reaches nearly half a million cable viewers on air and online. As a DCTV Organization Programmer, you can air shows you’ve produced on our cable channels, access DCTV Studios and all of our audio and video production and storytelling resources, and work with us to craft your story of impact.

Fill out an Organization Programmer Application to submit programs for broadcast, take discounted classes, use our equipment and resources, and join a local community of dedicated organizations in the DMV.

Note: This membership is intended for organizations who produce (or want to learn to produce) their own content and videos, and want to join the DCTV creative community.

Organization Programmer Benefits

As a member of the DCTV community, your organization will be able to:

Submit your content such as shows, programs, and public service announcements (PSAs)
Post messages and events on DCTV community calendars, channels, and resources
Rent DCTV digital production and editing equipment (certification required)
Hire DCTV production professionals at discounted rates
Collaborate with DCTV and other organizations on program development
Receive production consulting

Organization Programmer Requirements

Please provide one of the following documents with your member application and fee:

Business license or other official utility bill (cable, water, gas, electric)
Certificate of tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status with name and address
Copy of a government issued ID or driver’s license of the principal representative along with any designees who will be using the facility from the organization
